- Our store is located on the second floor, sharing an entrance with the first-floor shop.
- If the first-floor shop is closed, the lights might be off and a "Close" sign might be displayed. However, this does not affect your access to the second floor; the entrance door itself is usually open, so please feel free to push it open and enter.
- To the left of the entrance, there are clear signs:
- A large signboard
- Flags
- A mannequin wearing a kimono
- And a sign (in Japanese) that reads "Kimono Roman is Open"
- The sign also states in English: "Shop on 2nd floor, please come in."
- If you see no lights on the first floor, please do not assume the entire building is closed. Simply push open the entrance door and go up to the second floor. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us at any time. We look forward to your visit!

J'ai vécu une merveilleuse expérience en kimono à Kurashiki ! Le personnel était incroyablement gentil et patient, me laissant essayer différentes options jusqu'à ce que je trouve le kimono que j'aimais. Tout le processus a été très personnalisé – de l'habillage avec toutes les couches au choix du sac et des chaussures. Elle m'a également coiffée et a utilisé le kanzashi que j'avais fabriqué plus tôt pendant mon voyage, ce qui a rendu l'expérience encore plus spéciale. Ensuite, elle m'a prise en photo dans Kurashiki. Même si c'était la fin de la saison des sakuras, le canal et les rues étaient toujours magnifiques. Elle m'a donné des conseils utiles pour les poses et a encouragé mes propres idées. Dans l'ensemble, une expérience vraiment chaleureuse et mémorable. J'étais incertaine au début de ce que cela ferait en tant qu'étrangère, mais les réactions ont été très gentilles et positives. La dernière responsable, Hongo san, est très professionnelle dans la conception de ma coiffure et a été très patiente lors de la prise de mes photos. Elle n'a pas hésité à en prendre autant que possible et possède de très bonnes compétences en photographie.
Le personnel et le service sont très attentionnés, chaque petit détail est pris en compte ! Lors des séances photo par temps froid, des écharpes sont fournies, et l'attention est portée au bien-être de chaque client. 👍
