Le thème de l'exposition florale de Taichung 2018 est « Fleurs PNB » et le parc compte trois parcs principaux, à savoir le parc Waipu Yongfeng, le parc forestier de l'hippodrome de Houli et la zone d'exposition du parc Fengyuan Huludun. Les gens qui y sont allés disent que l'Exposition mondiale des fleurs de Taichung ne peut pas être vue en un jour, c'est tellement excitant.

La conception de l'ensemble du parc n'a détruit ni déplacé aucun arbre, mais a plutôt contourné les plantes indigènes ou laissé les arbres traverser les bâtiments. Contrairement au passé, les expositions ont été déplacées à l'extérieur, afin que nous puissions être plus proches de l'environnement naturel lors de la visite. Dès que vous entrez dans le parc forestier, vous verrez d'abord une grande boule de fleurs mécanique d'un diamètre d'environ 15 mètres, et c'est le lieu d'enregistrement le plus populaire de cette exposition florale.
