Pick Up Information:

  • An agent will be waiting there for you with a Klook placard. The agent will give you the Traveler SIM card and assist you with SIM card activation
  • If you are unable to redeem the service due to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be given

Pick Up Procedure:

  • Simply select your required number of SIM cards when booking
  • Present your voucher when you pick up the device

  • The availability of internet connection in the covered areas during the customer's dates of visit is dependent on the service of the Internet Service Provider (ISP) of that area. The operator cannot ensure availability of internet connection in the covered areas during the customer's visit
