Validity

Pick-up information

• Once this card is successfully reserved, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
• Each traveler's identification can only be used to redeem one SIM card, and the applicant must be at least 18 years old.
• The same telecom operator is limited to one number. If more than one number is used, the redemption will not be successful.
• Please cooperate with the counter to have your passport-sized photo taken.

Activation procedure

• The validity period begins from the date the card is activated.
• When collecting the SIM card at the airport, the staff will assist in activating the card on the spot.
• Your phone must support SIM card insertion and replacement and should not be a carrier-customized or locked device.
• If you are unable to access the internet after card activation, please set the APN to "Internet."

Cancellation policy

• No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made
• The number of days of the purchase plan shall not be greater than the number of days the visa is valid
