  • For same-day booking, please book at least 2 hour(s) before your selected pick up time to ensure your booking is confirmed
  • Select the number of days you need when booking. If you decide to keep the device longer, those extra days will be charged at original retail price upon return
  • A deposit of THB 1,000 will be charged upon pick up. The deposit will be refunded after the device is returned

  • The maximum number of connected devices is 10. However, we recommend that the number of connected devices should be 3-4 as it may affect the internet speed

Activation procedure

  • Step 1: Press and hold the power button for a few seconds to turn on the device. It may take up to 3 seconds to search for a network
  • Step 2: The flashing green light indicates that the device is ready for use
  • Step 3: When not in use, the device should be switched off
  • Step 4: Press and hold the 'Power' button for 2-3 seconds until the light goes off

Cancellation policy
