About this product
- Days are calculated and charged inclusively. If you pick up the device on Thursday and return it on Monday, a total of five days will be charged

- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period
- Please proceed to uCloudlink Singapore office to pick up and return your device during opening hours
- The number of rental days will be counted starting from the date of departure to the date of arrival. For example, a total number of 5 rental days will be counted from 1-5 Dec
- Extra daily rental fees will be incurred for those who want to pick up their devices ahead of time

- By MRT: Take the MRT and alight at Chinatown Station (North-East Line (NE4) or Downtown Line (DT19). Take escalator up to Exit D. Walk towards People’s Park Centre pathway and go up the escalator then turn Right into People’s Park Centre. Go down the escalator to Basement level (POSB ATM Machine), continue straight and turn left, the office Ucloudlink Singapore Office is along the same stretch as SingPost
- By Bus (05022): Take Bus Numbers, 54, 124, 145, 147, 147e, 166, 190, 851, 851e and alight along Eu Tong Sen Street, and enter People’s Park Centre. Take escalator down to Basement Level 1 and proceed to Ucloudlink Singapore Office
- uCloudlink Singapore is closed on weekends and public holidays

Ces 4G Wifi sont très faciles à utiliser, il suffit de les allumer et de se connecter au réseau donné à l'arrière de l'appareil, là vous allez juste facilement pour vous connecter et aussi nous pouvons connecter jusqu'à 5 appareils mais la batterie fonctionnera très rapide.
Fournisseur fiable. Prise en charge et retour pratiques. Bonne connexion WiFi dans tout Chiang Mai. Hautement recommandé !
Ce n'est pas la première fois que nous utilisons cet appareil. Nous l'avons utilisé pour nos précédents voyages à Taiwan et au Japon. Il offre une excellente connexion pour jusqu'à 5 appareils. Ma femme et moi étions aux 1er et 2ème étages du même bâtiment et la connexion était toujours très forte. Je l'utiliserai certainement à nouveau à l'avenir.
Ma 2ème utilisation. Le ramassage et l'utilisation sont rapides et faciles
la couverture très impressionnante et la vitesse est rapide. Il n'y a pas de goutte d'internet de l'aéroport aux stations de métro
Très impressionné par la réception reçue du WIFI. Même au milieu de la mer, on peut surfer avec bonheur sur le net.
processus d'échange facile et processus de retour, n'oubliez pas de charger la nuit précédente afin qu'il y ait suffisamment de batterie pour le wifi le lendemain :)
Une collecte fluide, ainsi qu'un flux constant de connexion et de données solides tout au long de mon voyage, je le recommande vraiment !
Facile à configurer, peut être utilisé directement une fois arrivé à destination. Cependant, vitesse normale uniquement pour les premières données de 1 Go, par la suite, la ligne semble être lente. Il se réinitialise chaque nouveau jour. L'appareil peut être récupéré un jour ouvrable avant le jour facturable et rendu un jour après le voyage.
Facile à transporter, l'autonomie de la batterie peut durer 10 heures mais le réseau est instable.
