Usage reminder
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period
- Please proceed to uCloudlink Singapore office to pick up and return your device during opening hours
- The number of rental days will be counted starting from the date of departure to the date of arrival. For example, a total number of 5 rental days will be counted from 1-5 Dec
- Extra daily rental fees will be incurred for those who want to pick up their devices ahead of time
- A penalty fee of SGD20 per day will be charged for late returns
- The customer will be liable for any damages/loss of the device (capped at SGD100)

- By MRT: Take the MRT and alight at Chinatown Station (North-East Line (NE4) or Downtown Line (DT19). Take escalator up to Exit D. Walk towards People’s Park Centre pathway and go up the escalator then turn Right into People’s Park Centre. Go down the escalator to Basement level (POSB ATM Machine), continue straight and turn left, the office Ucloudlink Singapore Office is along the same stretch as SingPost
- By Bus (05022): Take Bus Numbers, 54, 124, 145, 147, 147e, 166, 190, 851, 851e and alight along Eu Tong Sen Street, and enter People’s Park Centre. Take escalator down to Basement Level 1 and proceed to Ucloudlink Singapore Office
- uCloudlink Singapore is closed on weekends and public holidays

À partir du moment où nous avons récupéré le Wi-Fi et jusqu'au moment où nous l'avons rendu, ce fut un processus fluide tout le long! Sans tracas et sans tracas! Des explications claires ont été données sur l'utilisation et l'appareil a fonctionné très bien à Batam. Et c'est pourquoi je choisirai toujours Klook pour mon expérience de voyage en raison du niveau élevé et constant de service de qualité fourni comme toujours. c'est si simple et rapide d'obtenir le routeur wifi. Je ramasse le même jour que je m'inscris pour le routeur via kloop. Il n'y avait pas de file d'attente et l'ensemble du processus dans les 10 minutes. Le personnel est très rapide et explique très clairement comment utiliser le routeur. Il y a aussi une vidéo en ligne pour savoir comment l'utiliser. Le routeur peut prendre en charge jusqu'à 5 appareils. C'est si simple de réserver via Klook pour le routeur wifi. Je charge juste le routeur une fois en 2 jours.
Facile à utiliser - l'expérience globale a été fluide et sans problème! Le wifi était rapide et n'a rencontré aucun problème lorsque nous étions à Batam. Je le recommande à d'autres :)
Réservation sans tracas! Bonne nourriture et massage. J'y suis allé avant que Covid ne se produise. Souhaite revenir en arrière. Je réserverai via klook pour d'autres attractions.

Ce n'était pas trop mal! N'essayez pas de connecter le wifi sur le ferry, cela peut ne pas fonctionner hahaha
