  • Please proceed to uCloudlink Singapore office to return your device during opening hours
  • The device is due for return 1 business day after arrival

Surcharges

  • Loss, damage, or breakage of WiFi device: SGD100
  • A penalty fee of SGD20 per day will be charged for late returns
  • Extra daily rental fees will be incurred for those who want to pick up their devices ahead of time

Cancellation policy

  • No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made
