【Venue】

• Kyoto Prefecture Kameoka City Hozu Bridge upstream riverside

【Seating】

• All seats are folding chairs (reserved seats)
• Seats are arranged by the company and no designated requests are accepted
• The seats of passengers in the same group may be separated, please understand
• To avoid affecting the viewing, camera tripods are generally prohibited
• Some seats may not be able to clearly view the low-altitude fireworks due to obstacles such as trees or railings, please understand

【Viewing period instructions】

• Please wear a raincoat in case of rain, and do not use an umbrella to avoid blocking other people's view
• Smoking is prohibited in the venue

【Fireworks Festival Cancellation Notice】

• Due to bad weather, the event is postponed or cancelled, and this trip is also cancelled
• Cancellation notice may be announced at the meeting point or on the way out, please understand
• If there is a sudden rainstorm after departure and the trip is cancelled, you will return to the original route and no alternative itinerary will be arranged
• In any case, the transportation costs to the meeting point shall be borne by the passengers themselves
• If the government or relevant agencies instruct, the event may be cancelled or the content may be changed

【Suspension judgment time (reference 2024)】

• First round of judgment: 10:00 a.m. the day before the event (evening judgment time is not determined)
• Second round of judgment: If heavy rain, strong winds or thunderstorms are expected after 19:30 on the day of the event, the final judgment will be made at 8:00 a.m. and 15:00 p.m. on the day of the event

【Important reminder of return time】

• It is expected to arrive at the gathering place after 23:00 in the evening. It is a late night return trip and you may miss the last train. Please be aware of this.
• The return time is for reference only and may be delayed due to traffic congestion
• Please make sure to confirm the last public transportation time before signing up
• If you miss the last transportation, the relevant taxi and accommodation fees will be borne by the passenger
