Activation procedure
- The SIM card will be activated automatically. No registration is required
- Please note: SIM Card registration will require the staff to take a photo of your passport. The registration process will require you to sign the document and pay IDR6,000 for stamp at the booth. We strongly recommend that you allow the staff at the booth to assist you with the installation and activation of the SIM Card as there could be complications with the installation
- Important: Please bear in mind that activation process will take up to 2 hours
- All SIM cards will be activated after redemption with validation and verification by the staff at the booth. If you would like to activate your SIM cards on different dates, please make a separate booking and redeem the cards on separate dates

- Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hour(s) before the selected activity date

- For same-day booking, please book at least 2 hour(s) before your selected pick up time to ensure your booking is confirmed
Usage reminder
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period
- The SIM card registration process will take about 30 minutes
- The SIM card is inclusive of 300 minutes local and international calls and 300 free local and international SMS. You are responsible with all the SIM Card services
- Please fill in your passport details at checkout for SIM card booking purposes
- 1 passport is valid for 1 SIM Card and can be used for 14 days only. If you stay for more than 14 days or run out of data before 14 days, you need to top up internet data packages through MyTelkomsel app or GraPARI Telkomsel all around Indonesia
- It is highly recommended that you check the SIM’s total coverage area prior to purchasing. Please be informed that the speed of your connection is dependent on the reception at your current location
- If you find any difficulties in using the SIM Card, please restart your phone first and if the problem still occurs, please call the customer hotline number listed on your SimPATI Tourist Card Package

Après être descendu de l'avion et avoir récupéré mes bagages, il y a beaucoup de magasins vendant des cartes SIM. J'ai trouvé un magasin avec le logo klook. J'ai scanné le bon et je l'ai rapidement

En fait, c'est très pratique, c'est juste que le comptoir n'y était pas ouvert pendant les vacances, mais le service client a été très rapide pour m'aider à le gérer.

Après avoir passé la douane, on m'a initialement demandé de me reposer au comptoir rouge des télécommunications, mais je ne pouvais pas dire si j'avais demandé au magasin le plus proche. J'ai vu le panneau KLOOK lorsque je suis sorti de la porte de l'aéroport. Le personnel a pris une photo de votre passeport et a aidé à l'installer. Il n'y avait aucun frais supplémentaire. Il était installé et prêt à l'emploi, et il n'y avait pas besoin d'attendre. Je suis allé au centre, à l'est et au sud de Bali et la navigation s'est bien déroulée👍🏻

Très facile à réclamer. Pas besoin de donner des paiements supplémentaires. Ce sont également eux qui ont inséré la carte SIM dans le routeur. Ils étaient situés juste avant les portes de sortie de l'aéroport. Parce que nous avions le wifi partout avec nous, il était facile de se procurer et de trouver les restaurants où nous voulions aller. Excellent achat.

La réservation de la SIM touristique Telkomsel via Klook présente de multiples avantages. J'ai payé la carte SIM dans ma devise locale. Cela économise du temps et des tracas à l'aéroport, d'autant plus que vous devez fournir les détails du passeport (cela peut être fait plus facilement sur Klook en fournissant les détails au moment de la réservation) et vous devez payer en espèces si vous ne pré-réservez pas via Klook. Nous avions réservé 3 cartes SIM et le temps total pris au comptoir pendant au plus 5 min. Ils activent la carte SIM sur place, bien que Klook mentionne que l'activation peut prendre jusqu'à 2 heures. Je le recommanderai certainement.

Je vous suggère d'acheter ici à Klook, beaucoup moins cher et il vous suffit de récupérer la carte SIM à l'aéroport à votre arrivée. Cela fonctionne et le signal est bon. Mon meilleur ami et moi avons acheté nos deux Sims ici. Je rachèterai certainement lorsque nous déciderons de revenir à Bali. 😊
