  • Children 0-15 must be accompanied by an adult
  • Children 0-5 must be secured in a child safety seat. Please bring one as it is the parent's or caregiver's responsibility

San Francisco International Airport (SFO) Arrival Procedures:

  • Step 1: Collect your luggage at airport luggage claim
  • Step 2: Proceed to the upper level and outside, to the curb
  • Step 3: Present the voucher to a uniformed SuperShuttle Customer Service Representative at the curb for transfer assistance and instructions

San Francisco International Airport (SFO) Departure Procedures (Optional):

Prenez la navette aéroport partagée exploitée par SuperShuttle. La navette prendra 7 à 8 passagers à la fois pour les livrer à l'hôtel en ville. Si les bagages sont volumineux, ils sont éloignés de la station BART MRT ou du l'heure d'aller à l'aéroport est tôt Ou un vol tardif, il est très approprié de prendre le transfert de l'aéroport Share Van vers et depuis l'aéroport. ※Remarque : SuperShuttle sera fermé le 31 décembre 2019

Une fois sorti de l'aéroport, ce n'est pas aussi facile à trouver que le dit la description. De plus, le personnel de service est toujours face à vous dans la zone d'attente des bus et leurs gilets ne sont pas très visibles. Il m'a fallu du temps pour trouver quelqu'un. , donc j'ai oublié de prendre des photos. , mais c'est acceptable à ce prix.

Excellent service très ponctuel et arrangeant lorsque notre vol a été annulé, ils ont changé de réservation très tard sans frais supplémentaires. Le chauffeur était sympathique et serviable et la navette était toujours à l'heure. Soit dit en passant, le nombre de fourgonnettes est inférieur à celui des autres entreprises. J'ai dû attendre une heure.

J'ai imprimé le bon. Et quand je le montre au personnel/chauffeur. Ils n'acceptent pas ce bon depuis le 15 novembre 2019. Ne l'achetez pas !!! Le personnel a dit d'acheter uniquement auprès de l'agent officiel SUPER SHUTTLE !!! Klook doit rembourser ça !!! C'est une arnaque !!!!!!! Et je me suis plaint / ai envoyé un e-mail au service client klook deux fois, et ils ont dit qu'ils vérifieraient seulement auprès du département. Rendez-moi mon argent!!!!!!!
