- Passengers are allowed to bring up to the recommended number of luggage. Additional surcharges will apply for extra pieces of luggage, to be paid directly in cash (USD) to the driver
- A surcharge of at least USD10 will apply for each excess luggage. Meanwhile, surcharges of USD10 will also apply for special luggage such as bicycle, overweight luggage or musical instrument, and sports equipment like surf boards smaller than 6 inches

Très facile de les localiser au terminal d'arrivée. Le chauffeur est sympathique.
Rapide et facile. Dès votre arrivée à la récupération des bagages, l'équipe de l'opérateur local sera prête pour vous (vérifiez à nouveau votre réservation pour savoir qui rencontrer). Ensuite, leur membre de l'équipe vous accompagnera jusqu'au bus qui se rendra à votre hôtel. Conduite confortable.
Très bien. Quelqu'un tient un panneau à mon nom à la zone de retrait des bagages et je me sens très facile à repérer avec son uniforme (chemise à fleurs). Il faut juste un peu de patience car il s'agit d'un service de navette partagé.
Le personnel nous attend et nous guide jusqu'au mini bus. le lieu de prise en charge est proche de la sortie. le chauffeur est un bon chauffeur.
Le chauffeur avait 2 minutes de retard, mais cela ne nous dérangeait pas vraiment. Nous sommes arrivés à l'aéroport à temps pour notre vol pour Maui. Le trajet était fluide et le chauffeur était serviable.
Ils ont un stand juste à côté de la sortie, donc ils sont faciles à trouver. Je leur ai montré mon bon et ils nous ont immédiatement aidés à prendre la navette. Le lecteur était également très poli et serviable.
