Good to know

  • All tickets sold are non-refundable and non-transferable. Damaged physical tickets are not accepted, and photocopies are invalid.
  • The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
  • Children below 1 year old are not allowed to enter/play.
  • Children below 120cm in height must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • Windmill Trampoline is only for children weighing 40kg or below.
  • The inflatable playground operates on a 10-minute round system. A ticket for 120 THB grants access to 10 minutes of playtime. After each round, the inflatable playground will be cleared of all customers. If the customers would like to play another round or multiple rounds, they will need to exit the inflatable playground and rejoin the queue to participate in the next round.
  • During the event, participants must follow the supervision and instructions of the staff. The staff have the right to refuse entry to the game area or require immediate departure from the game area for those who do not comply with the guidelines or rules. If a participant suffers an accidental injury due to their own violation of safety regulations, the event organizer will not be held responsible.
