• Passport holders from mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau cannot entrust Taiwanese travel agencies to apply for Indian e-visas. Travelers must inquire and apply at local embassies or offices.
• If you have previously applied for an Indian visa, you must provide an electronic copy of the Indian visa page.
• During peak travel seasons, application and approval times may be extended. Agency processing requires 10 working days (during peak travel seasons, application and approval times may be extended).
• Provide a passport-sized photo (passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the expected date of entry) with a resolution of at least 350 pixels in height and at least 350 pixels in width (it is recommended not to wear military uniforms or academic gowns).
• If additional documents are required due to insufficient photo resolution, the processing time will be recalculated.
• E-visas cannot be extended, cannot be converted to other types, and cannot enter 'protected or restricted areas' such as Sikkim.
• E-visas can only be used for entry through the following 24 airports or 3 designated seaports: (Departure from India can be made from any authorized and recognized customs ICPs) [Entry Airports] Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Bagdogra, Bengaluru, Calicut, Chennai, Chandigarh, Cochin, Coimbatore, Delhi, Gaya, Goa, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mangalore, Mumbai, Nagpur, Pune, Tiruchirapalli, Trivandrum, Varanasi, Vishakhapatnam [Designated Seaports] Cochin, Goa, Mangalore
• Due to visa application requirements, if you have engaged in any of the following behaviors, please do not purchase an Indian e-visa. No refunds will be issued if the visa application is rejected due to such behaviors.

1. Have you ever visited Afghanistan, Bhutan, Pakistan, Maldives, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal?
2. Have you ever been arrested/prosecuted/convicted by a court in any country?
3. Have you ever been denied entry/deported by any country, including India?
4. Have you ever engaged in human trafficking/drug trafficking/child abuse/crimes against women/economic crimes/financial fraud?
5. Have you ever engaged in cybercrime/terrorist activities/sabotage/espionage/genocide/political assassinations/other despicable acts?
6. Have you ever, in any way or medium, expressed views that defend or praise terrorist violence or may encourage others to participate in terrorist acts or other serious criminal acts?
7. Have you ever sought asylum (political or otherwise) in any country?

• If attending international conferences, seminars, etc., a separate visa for the correct purpose must be purchased. Business visas cannot be used. The correct visa category must be based on the content of the invitation letter. No refunds will be issued if the visa application is rejected due to applying for the wrong purpose visa. • The visa office grants visas based on the judgment of the visa officer, and the visa office reserves the right to refuse to explain the reasons for denying a visa.
• The visa validity period is not equivalent to the period of stay in India. The visa validity period (calculated from the application date) refers to the period during which entry into India is permitted, while the period of stay is determined by customs.
• Please read the regulations for passport processing carefully, confirm the required documents, and pay attention to the processing time for passport applications to accommodate your departure date.
