• Ticket collection, discounts, proofs (price difference), admission age, venue, transportation/parking, and seat-related information errors are the responsibility of the ticket holder. Cancellations, refunds, or changes due to these reasons are not permitted.

Venue Information

• This performance will take place at the Dream Theater (133 Jeonpo-daero, Nam-gu, Busan).
• Please note that the area surrounding the Dream Theater is heavily congested, and parking is limited, which may result in significant delays. We highly recommend using public transportation for a smoother experience. (No cancellations, refunds, or changes are allowed due to parking or traffic issues.)

Admission Age

• Admission is strictly for ages 8 and above (elementary school students or older). Preschool children are not allowed to enter under any circumstances, regardless of whether they hold a ticket or are accompanied by a guardian.
• For the 2025 performance, only those born on or before December 31, 2018, are eligible for admission (this applies regardless of school enrollment status or attendance at other performances).
• Elementary school students born between 2016 and 2018 may be asked to present official proof of birthdate (such as a health insurance card, passport, resident registration, or student ID) when collecting tickets or entering the venue. Please ensure you bring valid documentation, as age cannot be verified by appearance alone.
• Patrons who do not meet the age requirement will not be admitted to the venue under any circumstances, regardless of ticket possession or guardian accompaniment. Tickets purchased for those under the age limit cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.

Late Admission

• Late entry is not permitted after the specified time. If you arrive late, you will be guided to a temporary seat to avoid disturbing other audience members. You will be allowed to return to your designated seat during the intermission, but re-entry will not be allowed once you leave the theater during the performance.

Illegal Ticket Transactions

• The production company and ticket providers are not responsible for any consequences arising from illegal transactions (such as premium ticket sales or ticket transfer scams). Please ensure that you purchase tickets through authorized official channels.
