Très belle expérience. Heureux de. faites des promenades avec vos amis et votre famille. Amusez-vous et passez du bon temps ensemble. Belle expérience.. Merci
I got the voucher from Klook mentioning the QR code and booking id. But while entering the park, the counter did not allow to enter as they did not have any information about Klook booking. I reached service desk at the park also about this but they were not sure again. They asked me to reach Klook Support. Klook support also said we just have this QR code with us and we cant provide any such solution. Then I had to contact the media marketing manager of wonderla and he said that they had a contract through cleartrip only and they need the cleartrip ID, but I did not recieve any email from cleartrip. So at the end he could help me entering into the park but it wasted about 2 hours of mine and I had to upgrade to fast track ticket to avoid queues. So better book it at bookmyshow.com otherwise you will be in a mess.
wonderla people refused to enter into, we wasted our precious time around hour over there, so please process to Refund our half money at least.

Ce fut une journée géniale à Wonderla 👌👌 une journée inoubliable, j'y suis allé avec mon ami et j'ai beaucoup apprécié. Remarque : si vous réservez des billets sur klook, assurez-vous de recevoir une confirmation de réservation par e-mail de Clear Trip. Parce que sans le voyage que j'avais dans l'e-mail, ils ne vous permettront pas. Nous avons dû attendre dehors pendant plus de 2 heures car l'un de mes amis n'a pas reçu l'e-mail, mais le service d'assistance a été utile, ils l'ont trié.
Please do not book it from Klook. They do not generate a valid voucher for you. I visited the place with my family and realised that there is no booking done by Klook. Also, they do not even process your refund. The overall experience is pathetic. Request to not book this activity
