- Delay may occur depending on traffic and weather conditions on your tour date
- Passengers must allow for ample transition time between their land trip to or from Bagan and their scheduled flights. The transfer operator will not be responsible for missed flights or appointments
- The bus company that you will use on your travel date will be arranged once your booking is confirmed. The operator will inform you at least 1 day before your scheduled travel date via email
- Passengers may bring foldable baby strollers, provided that these will be stored inside the bottom compartment of the bus

Le bus est bon, j'ai fait un bon voyage mais il était arrivé si tôt que je pensais
Facile et confortable. Le seul reproche est la température inférieure à zéro dans le bus.
Le siège est vieux et la plupart des installations ne sont pas en bon état. Par exemple, la prise à côté de mon siège est totalement détruite et inutilisable. Il n'y a pas de ceinture de sécurité pour mon siège, ce qui est très dangereux. De plus, le conducteur joue toute la nuit les chansons de Bouddha à haute voix, ce qui empêche les passagers de dormir. Le service de cet opérateur est très mauvais. Non recommandé.

Bien que le trajet ait été cahoteux en raison de routes inégales, le chauffeur a conduit en toute sécurité et s'est assuré que notre voyage était confortable. Le dîner a été servi dans un restaurant à mi-chemin du voyage.
Bien organisé, avec des sièges inclinables, des couvertures, des collations et de l'eau. Le personnel était très sympathique mais il était difficile de comprendre leur anglais. La rue était assez cahoteuse mais le chauffeur était bon.
A l'heure et le chauffeur très serviable. Peut bien parler en anglais. Il nous a amenés à bien manger la nourriture locale du Myanmar.
Le bus est bien recommandé, confortable et agréable pour les longs trajets
