Cette activité est totalement une fraude, j'ai acheté un billet de Mandalay à Yangon, j'ai reçu le bon de confirmation normalement mais dans ce bon il n'y avait aucune spécification sur la compagnie de bus spécifique que je devrais voyager car ils vous offrent 4 options, je les envoie un email sans réponse, cependant, je suis arrivé à la gare routière et j'ai demandé mon billet dans toutes les compagnies de bus une par une mais personne n'avait de confirmation avec mon nom même personne n'avait entendu parler de KLOOK. J'ai dû acheter un autre billet directement auprès de la compagnie de bus, bien sûr moins cher que KLOOK. Le même problème s'est produit avec mes billets de Bagan à Mandalay et de Yangon à Bagan. Je ne recommande vraiment pas d'acheter ces billets, vous pouvez les acheter directement à la gare routière ou sur leur site Web, ils ont beaucoup d'horaires pour chaque jour. Maintenant, je cherche l'argent retrouvé sans réponse.
