Luggage Information
- Standard Luggage Size: 61cm. Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces
- Luggage measuring above 24 inches will be counted as one passenger
- Two pieces of 20-inch sized luggage will be considered as one passenger
- A baby stroller by default is considered as a 61cm sized luggage and therefore will count as one passenger. If you are bringing a stroller, please include it in your luggage information at the checkout page
- Vehicles will be arranged according to the number of passengers and luggage. Please accurately fill in the number and size of your luggage at the checkout page. We will not be responsible if the assigned vehicle cannot fit your traveling requirements on the day because they were not correctly filled out upon booking

- The activity does not include insurance. It is recommended that you buy travel/accident insurance before booking this private car charter
Additional information
- The charter service is only for 12 hours including passengers late arrival time
- The Korean driver is the default guide, but the driver can only do simple and basic translation service
- If you need a private guide service, please purchase the package with a private guide service while booking
- Chinese is the default language of the private tour guide. If you wish to have an English-speaking guide, make sure to indicate at the checkout page
- Only one child seat can be provided by the operator. If you require more than one, you'll have to bring your own. Please indicate at the checkout page if you need one
- Please note: Correctly fill out the "Other contact information" section at the checkout page so that Klook customer support can establish communication with you and prepare your customized route in advance
- The driver will contact you 3 days before the tour date. Please make sure that the driver will be able to contact you through the information you provided at checkout (e.g. make sure your phone has international roaming service, or confirm that your Line ID has been set to public). It is recommended to use WhatsApp for easier communication
- In case of any emergency situations (such as failure to find the meet up point), please call the phone number indicated at the bottom of your voucher
- The private guide will not purchase your attraction tickets. These will be acquired and paid at your own expense
Surcharge table
- An overtime charge of KRW30,000 will apply if the passengers choose a van with less than 15 seats and if you are late for more than an hour
- An overtime charge of KRW50,000 will apply if the passengers choose a van with 15+ seats and if you are late for more than an hour
- f you are late for less than 30 minutes, no extra charges will incur. However, if you are late for more than 31 minutes, it will be regarded as one hour and an overtime fee will incur
