Competition age limit

• People under 5 years old are not allowed to participate in the 2km and 3km races.
• Participants under the age of 18 must obtain the consent of their parents or guardians before registering.

Pet restrictions

• Physical restrictions for medium and small pets: weight within 30 kg and height within 60 cm.
• All participating animals need to have pet microchips implanted and complete rabies vaccinations.
• All pets participating in the event must be on a leash.

• Use of SHO-CHAN Run 2025 Tickets constitutes your full and unqualified agreement and acceptance of these Terms of Use.

• The selected products need to be collected about one month before the event date, details will be announced later. Because this additional purchase is limited to the event, it can only be purchased by participants. The conference reserves the right to cancel ineligible orders.
• For safety reasons, the organizer and venue staff have the right to refuse admission to participants if they feel unwell, have a fever, cold, vomiting, or show symptoms of certain infectious diseases.
• Anyone who is pregnant or suffering from chronic diseases such as heart disease and high blood pressure should not participate in this event.
• If the event is interrupted or postponed due to force majeure factors such as the resurgence of the epidemic, the organizer will announce relevant contingency measures through Klook and Facebook page announcements, so please pay close attention.
• If the typhoon signal No. 3 or above is still hoisted after 3 a.m. on the event day, the yellow, red or black rainstorm signal is hoisted, or the event is affected by severe weather, the event will be canceled or a make-up will be arranged. The make-up date will be announced later. If you fail to attend the make-up match, the registration fee will not be refunded.
• Participants' personal belongings can be stored in the luggage storage area provided by the conference. Please do not bring valuables with you. The organizer will not be responsible for any damage or loss and will not make any compensation. Once participants use this arrangement, they are assumed to have accepted these terms.
