Experience introduction I will prepare the required fillings and dishes in advance, and make the dough, and do all the preparatory work. When the guests arrive, I will share with you the development and characteristics of Chinese noodles, as well as the noodles we will prepare.
You will follow my teaching, starting from how to make small talk to hand-rolling dough, learning how to make meat fillings, and how to make good-looking and delicious dumplings/steamed buns. After the production is completed, when it starts to be steamed in the pot, I will also tell you how to make the dipping sauce that matches the dumplings/steamed buns.
When all this is over, we will sit down together to share the food we made by ourselves.
Experience venue This experience course is in my clean and warm home, with a table dedicated to cooking and a living room for sharing food, making dumplings, chatting and eating together.
