had a really nice time here! 😊 the team there were super friendly and provided guidance if you need some. there were quite a few variety of yarn colors available and you might get overwhelmed with choices, but they will give you suggestions when you ask for it. my design was a bit too complicated for a first-timer and so i didn’t really manage to complete within the timeframe before i had to go. but one of the super kind lady actually helped me to finish up the details and background 🥹 super touched by this gesture and will definitely be back to try out their other range of activities!!

instructors are helpful and will guide my children through the steps. allow time for the shop owner to do trimming of your turfting after the 3-hour session

great to try out but is quite tiring as the machine you are holding is quite heavy. Friendly and approachable staff to guide you. for beginners I suggested to chose a super simple drawing so you could complete on time.

C'était notre première expérience de tuftage et nous sommes ravis d'avoir choisi cet endroit ! L'emplacement est super pratique, surtout si vous venez de la chaussée. Leur employée, Shalini (je ne sais pas si j'ai bien orthographié son nom), était très amicale, serviable et super patiente lorsqu'elle nous donnait des instructions ! Il y avait un autre employé qui est également venu prendre de nos nouvelles. L'environnement était très propre et agréable. Nous n'avons pu récupérer nos tapis que le lendemain, mais encore une fois, ce n'était pas un problème car c'est idéalement situé près de la chaussée. Dans l'ensemble, ce fut une excellente première expérience. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter et essaierons peut-être même les autres activités qu'ils proposent !

Tufting is really fun and the staff are really friendly and nice :) Good experience! Highly recommended as the shop is conveniently located near CIQ as well!

It was a fun and enjoyable experience for beginners. Location is great too. It would be splendid if the workshop has sales promotion for wider variety of designs to choose.

great tufting experience. our instructor, Shal, was there and she patiently taught us what to do. she even helped us to do some touching up on our product.

Very happy from start to end. Staffs were friendly and explained every details of it. Since it was our first, we choose the simplest design. It was quite tough but fun afterall and manageable. Great as family bonding as well.
