Course Description

• In order to avoid disputes arising from different understandings between the two parties when registering, please be sure to read the registration instructions and fill in the registration form in detail when registering.
• The camp is a specific activity course with a minimum of 10 people and a maximum of 36 people. If the number of people for the class is not reached, a full refund will be issued.
• The company will notify parents of the "Pre-Event Notice" via text message 3 days before the start of class regarding details of the event and what to bring, etc. Please be sure to read it carefully.
• This camp is a group activity, please report on time. If the applicant is late and misses the main teaching time, and is unable to successfully participate in the activity, we apologize for not being able to provide course content compensation.
• The content of this camp includes outdoor sports activities. It is recommended to wear sports and leisure clothing and shoes to ensure comfort and safety.
• The venue and content of the class will be flexibly adjusted based on weather conditions, venue conditions, etc. on the day of the event.
• The camp is limited to individual students. Parents are not allowed to attend this course to avoid affecting the quality of the class. Except for our company employees or related personnel, if you have special needs, please consult the instructors and service staff.
• Except for necessary course study and the need to contact parents for pick-up and drop-off, the use of mobile phones, tablets and other electronic 3C supplies is prohibited during the camp.
• If you bring your own valuables such as mobile phones, game consoles, 3C products and excessive pocket money, we will not be responsible for any loss, damage, borrowing disputes, etc., except that they cannot be used during the camp. Parents are also asked to avoid letting their children carry them. , to avoid causing subsequent disputes.
• If there are any unfinished matters in the above matters, the organizer reserves the right to make final modifications and interpretations of various regulations.

Safety instructions

• In order to take into account the health and rights of each participating student, participating students are required to bring their health insurance card with them. Those who are physically or mentally unwell should not register. If you have a fever due to illness during the activity (ear temperature exceeds 37.5°C, forehead temperature exceeds 37°C), in order to avoid the risk of cross-infection (for example: new coronavirus pneumonia, influenza fever, enterovirus, conjunctivitis, trachoma, tuberculosis... etc. ), the company will assist children in seeking medical treatment, and the medical expenses must be paid by the parents; parents will be notified by phone before medical treatment, and parents will be asked to take them home to rest after medical treatment. Fees for activities on the same day are non-refundable, and refund applications for uncompleted days of activities can be made in proportion to the number of days.
• During the camp period, Azabu Mountain Forest will provide camp students with meals and snacks every day. If you have special needs or circumstances (such as vegetarians, those allergic to nuts, fish, shrimp and shellfish), please be sure to indicate it clearly in the registration form in advance. Avoid disputes and reduce unexpected situations. If not notified in advance, the company is not responsible for the medical expenses and related liabilities incurred.
• During the camp activities, please strictly follow the instructions of the instructor and do not force the training to exceed the intensity to avoid injury to yourself. If you have any symptoms of physical discomfort during the course, you should immediately inform the instructor and team assistants. If you reluctantly participate, it will happen. The organizer is not responsible for any accidents.
• In the event of force majeure, natural disasters, infectious diseases and other factors during the course, in principle, the class suspension and class status of each county and city will be announced by the Bureau of Personnel Administration of the Executive Yuan, and the course will be notified via text message or LINE group whether the course will be canceled or postponed on that day.
• If camp activities are ongoing in the morning and classes are suspended in the afternoon, the company will consider the safety of the students; if the activity needs to end early, part of the fee will be refunded in proportion to the remaining days.

Insurance matters

• The camp focuses on group sports and leisure, outdoor knowledge transfer, and interpersonal interaction, so no dangerous content will be included in the course arrangement; this activity is covered by public accident liability insurance

Personal information

• When students sign up for this course, they agree to authorize the company to use the photos and videos of the students and their works taken during the course for free, and to publish them in the company’s publications including but not limited to print publications, electronic publications, websites, blogs, social media Planning of marketing activities related to group platforms, e-newsletters, etc.
• Participants who complete the registration are deemed to have read and agreed to the above statement.

Cancellation Policy

Transfer refund instructions: Refund rules for cancellations due to personal reasons or inability to go

1. Parents must find a partner for transfer. Notification must be made 14 days before the start of the event. The handling fee can only be waived if the transfer is made once. If the transfer is requested less than 14 days before, a handling fee of RMB 500 will be charged.
2. If you cancel your registration 30 days before the event starts, 90% of the amount paid will be refunded.
3. If you cancel your registration 15 to 29 days before the event, 60% of the amount paid will be refunded.
4. If you cancel your registration 8 to 14 days before the event, 40% of the amount paid will be refunded.
5. If you cancel your registration 4 to 7 days before the event, 20% of the amount paid will be refunded.
6. Refund applications will not be accepted 3 days before the event date, and no fees will be refunded.
