After skiing, nothing can relieve fatigue better than hot springs. The historic hot spring village has 13 free public hot springs, where you can enjoy skiing, hot springs and delicious food all at once. The ski resort is divided into two areas: Hikage and Nagasaka. Hikage has a gentler slope and the wide Kami-no-hira ski slope (上ノ平) is two kilometers long. The slope is wide and gentle, suitable for beginners to practice. From Kami-no-hira, you can ski all the way to the foot of the mountain, a full 10km long. It is known as the longest ski run in Japan, and you will feel a great sense of accomplishment after skiing! The Sanshin Snow Trail at the top of Mount Nagasaka is about 15 minutes away by cable car, and you can reach the top of the mountain to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The Skyline Snow Trail (スカイライン / Skyline) is about 4.5km in total, and you can enjoy the refreshing route all the way down from the top of the mountain! You can enjoy the beautiful ridge scenery along the way. It is an advanced ski trail. There are not only artificial stunt parks, but also natural half-pipe terrains to meet the needs of players of different levels.

- Equipment
- Insurance, lift tickets, ski equipment and equipment must be prepared before participating in the course. If the equipment is not complete, due to safety considerations, the coach has the right to refuse to teach and no refund will be given. The necessary ski gear and equipment are as follows: a. Snow jacket, snow pants, ski gloves, goggles. b. Safety helmet, snowshoes, snowboards (including bindings), and ski poles (only required for double skis) c. Protective gear (optional): anti-fall pants, anti-fall clothing, wrist guards, elbow pads, knee pads. If Party A participates in snowboarding courses, it is strongly recommended to choose them. d. Warm accessories (optional): neck girth, mask, wool hat, etc.
- Students need to rent ski equipment and equipment by themselves. Please arrive 1 hour in advance (on weekends and national holidays, please arrive 2 hours in advance), bring your passport (only one copy is required for traveling companions), and go to the rental office to rent and dress to avoid delays. Class time.
- If you need a coach to accompany you to rent ski gear and equipment and provide guidance on dressing, you must coordinate with the coach in advance, and the accompanying time will be included in the class hours. 4 It is recommended to finish dressing and prepare your ski equipment 10 minutes before class, and arrive at the meeting point designated by the instructor.
- Qualifications
- The course booking representative must convey the precautions to all fellow students.
- Skiing is a high-energy consumption, high-risk sport. It must be confirmed that the physical and mental health conditions are acceptable, and there are no diseases or symptoms that are prohibited by doctors from participating in this sport (such as but not limited to pregnancy, heart disease, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, surgery recovery period or other internal and external injuries, etc.).
- The minimum age to participate in the course is 4 years old; children under 7 years old and adults over 60 years old need to sign up for one-on-one courses; in special circumstances, with the consent of the coach, adults and children will be taught in the same class, and the teaching will be mainly children.
- Students are not allowed to be replaced during the course; students are not allowed to increase or decrease the number of students without the consent of the instructor.
- You must purchase insurance applicable to "Skiing at Overseas Snow Resorts" before taking classes.
- Understand and understand the possible injuries that may occur while skiing, and voluntarily participate in high-risk activities, and are willing to bear the greatest responsibility.
- Safety statement
- Before placing an order, you must understand that skiing is a high-risk sport that may cause physical, mental, and property injuries and losses to yourself (or others); and fully understand that you will be solely responsible for the above-mentioned injuries and losses under any circumstances.
- You must abide by ski resort regulations and instructor guidance, and do not enter snow trails that exceed your own level.
- When taking the cable car, you must go up and down in order, follow the guidance of the staff and coaches, and do not rock or play in the cable car.
- Do not stay in the center of the snow track, at intersections, at turns or downhill slopes, or behind obstacles that cannot be seen by others to avoid being hit.
- If you feel unwell or suffer sports injuries during the course, you should report it to the instructor immediately and stop skiing, or contact the ski resort paramedics to assist in medical treatment.
- Please pay attention to the signs and warnings of the ski resort, and it is prohibited to enter closed areas. 7 Please avoid night skiing and entering the ski resort outside opening hours is prohibited.
- Do not carry any valuable items or items that may interfere with the safety of taxiing.
- Please use skis and equipment that fit your individual body shape and wear them correctly. If there is any problem, report it to the coach immediately and replace it.
