Booking guidelines
- This SIM card is not applicable for iPads, tablets, customized phones, contract phones, SIM locked, jailbroke and rooted devices
- Compatible models: iPhone X and above (iPhone 10 to iPhone 16 and newer series), and some Android phones. Please dial “*#06#” on your phone. If you immediately receive a response containing an “EID number,” then eSIM is supported. Please refer to the compatible phone models in the attached image
- Incompatible devices: Phones manufactured and sold in China, Hong Kong, and Macau cannot use eSIM. Select Samsung phones sold in Taiwan cannot use eSIM. Phones with carrier-locked numbers cannot be used. Please refer to your phone brand's official website to confirm eSIM support.

- This is a Data-only SIM card. Calls, texts, or topping up additional credits will not be possible
- You will receive your eSIM within 5 minutes of placing your order. After receiving it, please be sure to install and activate it within 29 days, otherwise it will expire. Expired eSIMs can be refunded after confirmation by LINE or WhatsApp customer service.
Usage reminder
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- eSIM usage date calculation: Taiwan time (UTC+8 time zone) 00:00 is the day divider. Any time after midnight 12 AM is considered the next day. Please be mindful when calculating the number of days. For example: If activated on July 4th at 18:00 Taiwan time (UTC+8 time zone), that day is considered the first day. July 5th at 00:00 starts the second day, and the second day ends on July 5th at 23:59.
- Data reset time: If you purchase a daily fixed data plan, your data will be reset every day at 0:00 (UTC+8).
- After receiving the eSIM QR code, please install and activate it within 29 days. Once installed, the first day of usage will be calculated from when you arrive at your destination and activate the eSIM.

J'ai utilisé l'eSIM que j'ai achetée à Surabaya, au volcan Bromo, aux cascades de Sewu et dans le centre-ville de Jakarta en Indonésie. Le signal était correct, avec quelques légers ralentissements à l'intérieur, mais dans l'ensemble, le volume de données était largement suffisant !

assurez-vous d'activer l'itinérance des données sur la carte SIM une fois que vous êtes passé à celle-ci car vos données ne fonctionneront pas sans (mon partenaire pensait que sa carte SIM était défectueuse, il n'avait tout simplement pas activé les données). L'installation et la configuration réelles sont très simples. J'ai activé la mienne dans mon pays d'origine le jour de notre départ et lorsque nous avons atterri à Bali, elle s'est connectée comme un charme.
