Il y a un centre commercial relié à la station de métro en bas de l'hôtel, ce qui est très pratique pour manger, boire et s'amuser. La conception de la pièce est très novatrice. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner offre beaucoup de choix et les collègues concierges Jackson et Bonnie sont très serviables.
