"Atlr.72™ Flowering Mooncake” is a new type of mooncake in the shape of a cookie sandwich that have four seasonal flavours and flowering design to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival. The recipe was supervised by a famous Japanese pastry chef
Japanese Yuzu: Refreshing and pleasant tartness of fragrant yuzu peels
Raspberry: Sweet and vibrant raspberries are a perfect match for the bitter chocolate
Black Currant: The mellow aroma and tartness of black currants are mildly enhanced by the white bean paste
Kyoto Uji Matcha: The delicate bitterness of matcha brings out the full flavour of white chocolate
The product was developed taking account not only deliciousness but also health and environment. As one ingredients, we use Solein®︎, microbial protein produced by a fermentation process using CO2. We provide those mooncakes in the workshop
