Booking guidelines
- This SIM card is not applicable for iPads, tablets, customized phones, contract phones, SIM locked, jailbroke and rooted devices
- Compatible models: iPhone X and above (iPhone 10 to iPhone 16 and newer series), and some Android phones. Please dial “*#06#” on your phone. If you immediately receive a response containing an “EID number,” then eSIM is supported. Please refer to the compatible phone models in the attached image
- Incompatible devices: Phones manufactured and sold in China, Hong Kong, and Macau cannot use eSIMs. Select Samsung phones sold in Taiwan cannot use eSIMs. Phones with carrier-locked numbers cannot be used. Please refer to your phone brand's official website to confirm eSIM support.

- This is a Data-only SIM card. Calls, texts, or topping up additional credits will not be possible

Usage reminder

- eSIM usage date calculation: Taiwan time (UTC+8 time zone) 00:00 is the day demarcation. After midnight 12 o'clock is the next day, please pay attention when calculating the number of days. For example: activated at 18:00 on July 4th, Taiwan time (UTC+8 time zone), that day is the first day, July 5th 00:00 starts the second day, and July 5th 23:59 is the end of the second day.
- Data reset time: If you purchase a daily fixed data plan, your data will be reset every day at 0:00 (UTC+8).

Le réseau internet à Sapporo est excellent, parfait pour profiter de quelques jours et de toutes ses spécialités culinaires ! Voir la neige à Hokkaido est une expérience incontournable ! Pour internet, je vous conseille d'opter pour un forfait avec un volume de données défini, c'est plus pratique pour suivre votre consommation directement depuis les paramètres de votre téléphone. C'est vraiment très simple.
Installez-la vite avant de partir, comme ça vous aurez internet dès l'atterrissage, c'est super pratique ! Je pense que je vais toujours utiliser l'eSIM à l'avenir, le signal est excellent, je vais en racheter.
J'ai choisi cette option internet pour mon voyage à Osaka et je n'ai eu aucun problème, la connexion était très fluide. Que ce soit pour télécharger des vidéos ou pour rechercher des informations, c'était très pratique. Je choisirai cette option lors de mes prochains voyages au Japon !
Pas mal, cela a bien fonctionné d'Asahikawa à Hakodate en passant par Sapporo, sans aucun problème. L'installation a été un peu difficile car je ne suis pas très familier avec l'électronique. N'oubliez pas de scanner le code QR du commerçant Klook pour pouvoir l'utiliser. J'étais en sueur, mais heureusement, j'ai finalement réussi !
La 5G est généralement fluide dans les zones urbaines de base, mais cet itinéraire comporte de nombreuses zones montagneuses, parfois avec une seule barre de signal, ce qui rend l'utilisation normale impossible, ce qui est regrettable.

Les instructions de cet établissement sont très claires et disponibles en chinois et en anglais, ce qui est parfait pour nous. Le personnel est très disposé à répondre à nos questions et la connexion internet est excellente, ce qui est rassurant.
La réception est disponible dès l'arrivée à l'aéroport. Le voucher Klook ne peut pas être scanné directement dans l'ESim, vous devez utiliser le code QR reçu dans votre boîte de réception.
Pour cette fois, mon expérience n'a pas été aussi fluide que les fois précédentes, mais j'apprécie toujours beaucoup leurs produits, car mes expériences précédentes ont été positives.
