- Please note: The Central Mountain Range stretches from the north of Taiwan to the south, bisecting western (Areas A, B, C, D,F) and eastern (Areas G, H, I) areas. Due to this, crossing from west to east and vice versa will not be available for crosstown charter services

Super expérience, la voiture et le chauffeur sont super, le chauffeur est très gentil, très prévenant et met les gens à l'aise, et a également discuté et suggéré l'itinéraire avec nous avant le voyage, le service est vraiment bon.
Après avoir passé la commande, je n'ai reçu de message concernant l'affrètement de la voiture que la veille de son utilisation. Lorsque j'ai demandé au service client, le service client des autres régions a répondu en disant qu'il ferait un suivi et me répondrait , mais aucune réponse n'a été reçue jusqu'au jour même. Le même jour, j'ai redemandé au service client, puis je l'ai remplacé par le service client local pour répondre, et j'ai finalement résolu le problème, mais le service client qui m'avait dit la veille qu'il le suivrait n'a répondu que le jour même et a dit qu'il ne pouvait pas être suivi, et il a également mal tapé mon nom. Très insatisfait! Pourquoi l'information est-elle déroutante? Quant à la partie voiture affrété, elle est très bonne, la voiture est grande et confortable, mais la réponse lente aux messages affecte l'humeur du voyage.
Le chauffeur était très gentil! Il m'a prêté un parapluie et m'a acheté un imperméable à porter. Vous avez joué une chanson taïwanaise, et c'était tellement agréable de l'entendre ! Sur le chemin de Sensebb, il a expliqué le bâtiment et a conduit très rapidement. Vous êtes le meilleur conducteur absolu.
Le chauffeur était à l'heure et à l'écoute. Je recommanderais le service surtout lorsque vous voyagez avec un groupe d'amis et de familles. J'ai envoyé mes itinéraires au chauffeur la veille, il a été utile pour suggérer des itinéraires adaptés au mieux à tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour la journée.
Cette fois, j'ai emmené les personnes âgées en voyage. Le chauffeur, frère Zhou, est très prévenant et fait attention aux besoins des personnes âgées. Merci beaucoup. Je voulais laisser le chauffeur se reposer plus tôt, mais je ne l'ai pas fait. Je ne fais pas attention au tunnel de Baguashan. J'ai fait 3 allers-retours. C'est un petit épisode de ce voyage. 😂😂😂
Le chauffeur a un très bon service, est calme, vient nous chercher à l'heure et recommande également des endroits intéressants.
Pendant le Nouvel An chinois, vous pouvez prendre une voiture louée pour faire une excursion d'une journée à Tainan. Il est très pratique de monter et descendre du bus à n'importe quel endroit. Il serait préférable que le chauffeur puisse connaître l'ordre du bus. itinéraire à l'avance.
La voiture était très confortable pour nous quatre pour voyager autour de Tainan pendant une journée. Le chauffeur était très ponctuel et professionnel. Il ne parle pas beaucoup, mais il répond aux questions, ce qui est très bien.
Notre chauffeur assigné était Fanny, un spectacle rare à voir une conductrice à Taiwan. Elle m'a envoyé un texto un jour plus tôt et s'est assurée de notre emplacement et nous voulons aller. Elle était un bavard extrêmement amical! Elle nous a amené à son café préféré. Nous avons apprécié sa compagnie et ses recommandations en cours de route. Super cool! Hautement recommandé!
Le conducteur était gentil. Il a quitté Taipei en voiture tôt le matin pendant 2 heures pour Taichung nous chercher. Mais il semble y avoir un problème avec la communication de l’opérateur car nous n’avions pas été informés que le conducteur avait demandé à venir avec son amie. A part ça, tout était bien.
