Ticket Information:

  • Adults aged 19 and above only; entry not allowed for those under 19.
  • Non-reserved; first-come, first-served basis.
  • Bring reservation details and valid ID (passport, foreigner registration card) to the ""GLOBAL PURCHASE"" booth, operating from 10am- 930pm.
  • If your wristband is damaged or lost, reissue and re-entry will not be available.
  • Re-entry is not permitted once you pass the entrance gate.
  • Transferring tickets between individuals is illegal. Both the seller and purchaser may face civil and criminal liabilities if caught engaging in illegal ticket scalping or transfer.
  • The Waterbomb team is not liable for any issues arising from individual ticket transfers. Please secure tickets only through designated official ticket sales platforms.
  • Forgery or counterfeiting of tickets will result in civil and criminal liabilities.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

  • Refunds and cancellations are accepted up to 3 days before the scheduled event date.
  • No refunds due to rain or weather-related issues.
  • No refunds for changes in artist lineup or schedule due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • The event may be canceled or changed due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters. In such cases, attendees should follow instructions from event officials regarding any potential refunds or rescheduling.

On-Site Precautions:

  • You can bring your own water gun or purchase one at the venue. Respectful conduct required; disruptive behavior may result in ejection.
  • Photography/Filming: Restricted; follow guidelines on-site regarding artist requests.
  • Attendees are responsible for their own valuables; the Waterbomb team is not liable for any loss, theft, or accidents due to personal negligence.
  • Items such as lasers, fireworks, bottles, cans, knives, and anything else deemed to interfere with performances or endanger others' safety are strictly prohibited.
  • Outside food and beverages, including drinking water and alcoholic drinks, are not allowed.
  • Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking zones.
  • Elderly individuals, pregnant women, and those with health concerns should consult a doctor before attending. Please contact the Waterbomb team in advance to discuss any related matters.
  • Waterbomb and sponsors have the right to commercially use photos and videos taken of attendees entering the event.
