Le chauffeur était super. La circulation était épouvantable après un événement réunissant 92 000 personnes. Nous avons dû marcher un bon bout de temps, peut-être 45 minutes, mais nous n'avons pas été coincés dans la folie du trafic.
Excellent chauffeur, excellente conversation, il nous a même proposé de jouer notre propre musique. Si je pouvais lui donner une meilleure note, je le ferais !
Il y avait 90 000 personnes qui partaient. C'était pratique et rapide d'utiliser ce service, il n'y avait pas beaucoup de monde et on pouvait revenir rapidement au centre-ville de Londres.
Service absolument choquant et terrible. La voiture avait été réservée plus d'un jour à l'avance, j'ai reçu un appel le matin pour confirmer que le chauffeur viendrait me chercher à Wembley. Après une heure, aucune réponse et le service client était grossier, abusif et harcelant au point qu'un rapport de police a été déposé.
