  • [Regarding Group Size] This tour is specially designed for first-time visitors to Beijing. The total group size will not exceed 28 people (children are not included in the total number), allowing you to travel with friends from all over the world.
  • [Regarding Accommodation] Standard arrangement is a twin room for 2 adults. This tour does not offer room sharing. If you are traveling with an odd number of adults, please be sure to purchase a "single room supplement". For example, if 3 adults are traveling, purchasing a "single room supplement" will ensure you have two rooms. If you are traveling alone, you must purchase a "single room supplement".
  • [Regarding Meals] The tour includes standard group meals: 4 breakfasts and 3 lunches/dinners. Lunch/dinner consists of eight dishes and one soup, with ten people per table. If there are fewer than ten people, the number of dishes will be reduced accordingly (excluding alcoholic beverages and drinks). If the number of participants in the tour group is less than 8, lunch/dinner cannot be arranged. The tour guide will refund the cost of the meals and assist guests in dining independently. If you choose to forgo a meal for personal reasons, the meal fee will not be refunded.
  • [Regarding Tickets] 1. The Forbidden City has a daily limit of 30,000 visitors, and tickets are in high demand year-round. If you are planning to travel soon, please place your order as early as possible to avoid being unable to visit due to tickets being sold out. Forbidden City tickets go on sale 7 days in advance at 8:00 PM. We will book your tickets as soon as possible and try our best to secure them! The order of the itinerary may be adjusted depending on the date the Forbidden City tickets are secured. Thank you for your understanding! If we are unable to secure Forbidden City tickets, you will be notified at least one day in advance, and the Forbidden City ticket fee will be refunded and replaced with free time. 2. You can use your Mainland China Resident ID card to enter the park directly, or enter with your original passport/Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan travel permit. Please be sure to bring your documents.
  • [Regarding Ticket Refunds] (April - October) Peak Season Ticket Discounts for Seniors: Seniors aged 60 and above can receive a refund of CNY 50 based on the travel agency agreement price for half-price tickets upon presentation of their ID card. Guests aged 70 and above can receive a refund of CNY 70 based on the travel agency agreement price for half-price tickets upon presentation of their ID card. (November - March of the following year) Off-Season Ticket Discounts for Seniors: Seniors aged 60 and above can receive a refund of CNY 40 based on the travel agency agreement price for half-price tickets upon presentation of their ID card. Guests aged 70 and above can receive a refund of CNY 50 based on the travel agency agreement price for half-price tickets upon presentation of their ID card. (Ticket-free or discounted ticket policies are subject to the on-site regulations of the scenic spot. Please inform the staff in advance and bring relevant documents.)
  • [Regarding Itinerary] 1. Tourist buses for picking up and dropping off guests in the city are required to stop at designated locations. Some sections of the route to the scenic spot require walking with the tour guide. This is a government requirement, please understand. 2. Our agency may adjust the itinerary due to force majeure (natural disasters, traffic conditions, government actions, etc.) to ensure the smooth progress of the itinerary. We are unable to notify guests in advance if the scenic spot is temporarily closed or under martial law. For attractions that cannot be visited due to such circumstances, the tour guide will refund the ticket fee on-site. Thank you for your understanding!
