Additional Information:
- This offer is only available to overseas residents. You MUST book the pass before you arrive in the UK
- Please note: Infants aged 0-2 can travel free of charge, but reservations are required so please indicate how many will be joining when making your seat reservations online. Most coaches have approximately six booster seats, which are available first-come, first-served basis. The coaches do not have infant seats with three-point belts
- The Skimmer Pass is available on the number of consecutive days stated in the pass, starting from the date chosen upon booking
- Please present your Skimmer Pass, seat reservation email, and your passport or any government-issued ID to the coach driver upon boarding
- Two 20kg suitcases and 1 item of hand luggage per adult are allowed on the coaches. Please do not bring any item of luggage over 20kg for safety reasons. Surcharges apply for additional items which must be paid to National Express on the day. Please read National Express’ Luggage Policy for more information
- Important: Please ensure that the email address you enter when booking is correct. This will be used to send you your digital Skimmer Pass. Please also ensure that you can be contacted on the phone number that you provide when booking. This may be used by National Express to contact you should there be any issues with the service

Redemption Process:
- You can present either a printed or mobile Skimmer Pass attached to the email sent to you
- You must also present your pre-booked seat reservation (either printed or mobile version) when boarding
- You may be asked to show photo ID in the same name as the Skimmer Pass
