• One order for this event is one ticket. If you order tickets for multiple people, you need to use the name of the main orderer to check in on site to pick up the tickets. With the ticket (Klook voucher), check in at the ticket office and enter. Ticket identification will always be used. Please be sure to keep your tickets before experiencing the event.
• Please save your experience tickets carefully. Tickets will not be reissued if they are lost, damaged or cannot be identified.
• Please complete check-in 20 minutes before the event starts. For latecomers and no-shows who are unable to enter, order cancellations and refunds will not be made
• If you order tickets for multiple people, you need to be present at the same time to pick up the tickets.

#Experience limitations:

• The experience includes a drunken drink. Only the drunken drinks that will be consumed during the experience are provided on site. Please consider your own situation during the participation.
• The site includes a VR experience, to take into account the safety of the experience: Pregnant women, people with heart disease and people with high blood pressure are not allowed to experience this experience People with electronic devices in their bodies (e.g. heart rhythm adjusters, hearing aids, defibrillators), people with epilepsy who are prone to fainting, and those with impaired vision must consult a professional physician before making a reservation to maintain the safety of the experience. Children under 12 years old (inclusive) are not allowed to participate. Those aged 13-16 must have their parents sign a consent form and purchase a ticket to accompany them to the experience.
• The experience process includes physical contact such as shooting, pulling, pulling, and pushing. If you do not want to have such contact, you can make a note when purchasing the ticket, or explain to the staff on the day that actors and dancers will avoid physical contact.
