- The minimum number of people in a group is 4. When the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of people in the group specified above, the tour will be canceled and an email notification of cancellation will be sent 1 day before the departure date.
- Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 10 minutes before. To avoid delaying your subsequent itinerary, no latecomers will be accommodated.
- After the reservation is successful, we will confirm the connection time and location with you no later than 19:00 the day before departure. Please confirm that the mobile phone signal is smooth.
- If the itinerary encounters factors such as weather, strikes, safety, etc., for safety reasons, the tour will be postponed or fully refunded subject to notification.
- If you leave the group on your own during the trip, the transaction will be deemed invalid and no fees will be refunded. If this results in personal or property safety, you must bear the consequences yourself.
- The arrival time of each itinerary may change due to traffic conditions, weather, festivals, and crowds on the day. Please forgive us if there is any delay or cancellation due to the above or other force majeure factors; we cannot request a refund for this reason.
- Please provide the number of people (including the number of infants) accurately. If the number of people is wrong on the day of departure, causing the vehicle to be overloaded, the service staff has the right to refuse passengers to board the vehicle without refunding any fees. Please be careful. *Taiwanese legal regulations: Children under 4 years old must use a safety seat. If necessary, please provide the child’s date of birth, height and weight in the remarks when ordering, so that the safety seat can be prepared in advance, and please pay for the service on site. Staff NT$300. Since the child seat will occupy 1.5 seats, we apologize for the slightly crowded ride.
