Good to know
- Infants under 2 years old are free of charge but will not be provided a seat. If a seat is required for a child of infant age, an adult ticket fare will apply.
- This activity requires a minimum of 6 participants to form a group. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we will arrange for a reschedule or a full refund.
- This tour does not include entrance fees for the Showa Shinzan Ropeway and Bear Ranch.
- This tour does not include lunch, but we will stop at the Chitose Salmon Park rest area where you can choose your own lunch.
- If you need to bring luggage (including strollers and wheelchairs, etc.), please notify us in advance by email so that we can properly arrange vehicle space to make your trip smoother and more comfortable. We will arrange the vehicle type according to the number of participants. If the vehicle type can accommodate luggage is confirmed 3-5 days before departure, a handling fee and space reservation fee will be charged separately for luggage space and handling. The fee is 1500 Japanese Yen per item (cash only), which should be paid to the tour guide before boarding.
- Please be sure to comply with the scheduled times. If you are late, it will be regarded as an automatic cancellation of the trip, and the fees paid will not be refunded.
