Please be informed that due to the nature of our group tour, the pickup time is flexible. The exact pickup time will be notified to you the day before the tour.
Cruise guests
- please be sure to inform us of the name of your cruise ship and its arrival time in the special requirements section.
- For booking the tour, please select a time option that is one hour after the cruise ship’s docking time. This is because it usually takes about one hour to complete customs procedures and walk out to the gate.
Land-Based Guests
- Almost all pickups will take place between 8:50 AM and 9:30 AM.
- If you arrive at Busan Station by train, the pickup time will be at 8:50 AM at Gate 5 on the first floor of Busan Station.
