Booking guidelines
- Before booking, please ensure your mobile device is compatible with the local network service provider. No refunds or cancellations can be made due to SIM compatibility issues

- You will receive the eSIM QR code from Airhub App directly after making a booking
- eSIM validity period (days) starts upon successful installation. Please install it on the day of travel or when you need it. You will need internet connection to install
- The eSIM is valid upon installation for your selected duration. If you Install your eSIM at 2200, it will end at 2200, based on your selected validity

- Tap Add Cellular Plan/eSIM
- Scan QR code we provide and install the eSIM
Usage reminder
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
Important Notes
- To successfully install eSIM, a stable Internet connection is required
- You may install eSIM before traveling (before your flight) or, at the destination when you need it
- eSIM can only be installed once. Do NOT DELETE/REMOVE your eSIM from your device after successful installation

Validity
- Use your voucher at the selected date and time
Delivery information
- eSIMs with phone numbers (voice + data plans) will be sent to customers via email one day before the validity period begins. For the data-only plans, the codes will be sent immediately via email after customers' purchase
Activation procedure
- Please note: You will receive the activation QR code and instructions along with the operator's confirmation email
Cancellation policy
- Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made before a voucher is redeemed

signal is real bad, always on low data mode especially if you share it on personal hotspot, 4LTE is the highest signal, I get
カナダでこのesimが使えません。アメリカで使えるesimは多くあるので問題ありませんが、カナダで使えるesimは少ないため、めこちらを購入したのにカナダで使えないのでどうしたものか大変困っています。
Internet in Canada is not connecting. Only connected once and then not working later.
Données très intermittentes, impossible de se connecter à T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T aux États-Unis. Perte d'argent, le service client est également très lent par e-mail.
N'achetez pas. C'est une arnaque. Cela ne fonctionne pas. J'utilise la e-SIM depuis 2023 et c'est la première fois qu'une e-SIM ne fonctionne pas. Mon frère et moi avons acheté cela et le service est inutile. Il affichera « 3G » mais ne chargera aucune activité Internet, ni Messenger, ni Safari, ni quoi que ce soit connecté à Internet. J'ai suivi les étapes et j'ai vérifié plusieurs fois. Le commerçant vous dira seulement de « suivre les étapes » en guise d'assistance.
Data was fine however couldn't make any calls ...?....
Au début, il ne pouvait pas être utilisé, mais heureusement, après avoir contacté le service client à plusieurs reprises, on leur a rapidement indiqué que l'entreprise de télécommunications devait le changer, et il est devenu disponible rapidement.
La réception aux États-Unis et au Canada est instable. Il est recommandé d'essayer de s'ajuster pour trouver la combinaison la plus adaptée.
Bien que pratique, la connexion n’est pas très stable. Si vous êtes à l’intérieur, il est préférable d’utiliser le WiFi.
I had a VERY BAD experience with your sold eSim (Data only) when inserting it at my SS Galaxy S24 Ultra. The eSim signal was ON however I could not understand why NOT log in any internet apps?
