Confirmation:

  • You will receive confirmation of your booking's availability within 1 business day. Once confirmed, we will send you the voucher via email

Vehicle Options:

  • Sedan (1-4 passengers): Toyota Wish, RAV4, Camry, Altis, or similar
  • SUV (5-8 passengers): Volkswagen T5 or T6, Hyundai Starex, Ford Tourneo, or similar

Additional Information:

  • If you want to change the boarding time, please inform us 24 hours before departure
  • The waiting time for the airport is 60 minutes. Timeout and unable to get in touch with the guest, will be handled as No Show, no refund
  • The pick-up and stop time in the urban area is 15 minutes. If it is overdue and the guest cannot be contacted, it will be handled as a No Show without refund. If you contact the guest and confirm that you still need a car, the driver will wait for TWD 250 per 30 minutes
  • Overtime and fees beyond the pick-up area, please pay directly to the driver
  • Please indicate your hotel and flight number in the special request box for contact
  • If you need a safety seat, please inform the required number on the passenger information filling page, and pay the surcharge to the driver on the spot

Insider Tips:

  • Be sure to leave a contactable email address. Driver information and contact details will be sent before 22:00 the night before departure
  • Please be sure to fill in the number and size of luggage, we will arrange suitable vehicles according to the information
  • 5-seater car: up to 3 24-inch suitcases
  • 9-seater car: up to 8 24-inch suitcases

Surcharge:

  • Overtime fee: TWD200 every 30 minutes
  • TWD100 for pick ups between 11:00pm and 12:00am and between 5:00am and 6:00am
  • TWD200 for pick ups between 12:00am and 5:00am
  • Please pay the extra charges in cash directly to the driver
  • If there are flight changes in any case, please contact the driver at least 3 hours before the scheduled pick up time
  • The free waiting time for airport pick up service is 45 minutes starting from the actual flight arrival time
  • Waiting time over 15 minutes will be charged as a 30-minute overtime
  • Meet & greet service is available at a surcharge of TWD100. Please pay in cash directly to the driver
  • Please indicate number of child seats you need at the checkout page and pay the surcharge to the driver on site

Chinese New Year (3-9 Feb 2019):

  • The following surcharges will apply during the Chinese New Year and the extra fee should be paid to the driver on site:
  • Surcharge of TWD200: Toyota Camry/Toyota Wish
  • Surcharge of TWD300: Benz W220/Volkswagen T5

Le rendez-vous est très rapide, le ramassage est super ponctuel, donc je ne peux pas être plus pointilleux

Service très pratique. Bien que la voiture / le chauffeur vienne le chercher 30 minutes après l’arrivée, je suis sorti après l’immigration et le dédouanement 7 minutes plus tôt que prévu, mais le chauffeur attendait déjà. Le conducteur ne peut pas parler anglais, mais depuis son numéro de plaque d'immatriculation, son nom et son numéro de portable. a été envoyé par SMS la veille de mon vol, je peux vérifier avec lui et nous partons à l’hôtel. Tour lisse. Fortement recommandé aux voyageurs d'affaires, première visite à Taipei ou aux étrangers qui ne connaissent pas bien les transports locaux ni le chinois (les chauffeurs de taxi ne parlent que le chinois et n'acceptent que les espèces).

Service de ramassage sûr et sécurisé, en particulier pour la première fois à Taipei, ou étranger qui n'a pas d'argent pour payer un taxi (prépayé par carte de crédit) ou qui ne parle pas le mandarin (le chauffeur a déjà l'adresse de votre hôtel). Cependant, prenez bien note que vous devrez débourser 100 NTD pour payer un supplément si vous avez réservé le service "Nom imprimé sur la carte d’arrivée".

Le service est très bon. J'ai choisi de quitter l'aéroport pour aller à l'aéroport de Songshan. Il est très pratique d'aller à l'aéroport. Le chauffeur est très confortable. Le chauffeur est à l'heure pour se rendre à l'hôtel et attend que j'aime bien.

Vous êtes arrivé environ 15 minutes plus tôt que mon heure ~ Le jeune chevalier attendait avec impatience l'aéroport. Donnez-moi des bouteilles d'eau sur le chemin ~ Le thé était propre et bon! À mon retour, je suis arrivé à l'aéroport de Songsan et je suis donc arrivé tout de suite de la ville.
