Luggage Information
- Each one is allowed to carry 2 pieces of standard baggage. The standard baggage size is 62 inches (length + width + height) and 50 lbs. Golf bags are considered as a standard baggage. Additional charges will be made for surfboards (less than 6 ft), overweight/oversized luggages, and bicycles (must fit the luggage compartment or be collapsible)
- Luggages exceeding prescribed dimensions: USD6 per piece
- Bicycles: USD35 per piece
- Overweight luggages or musical instruments: USD14 per piece
- Surfboards (less than 6 ft): USD22 per piece

- Boarding and hotel check-in and check-out procedures are not included in this service
- Waiting time is only up to 30 minutes. Customers who arrived within the 15-minute window time are to be seated first. In case of delayed flights, the schedule will be adjusted according to the actual time of arrival. Other situations are dependent on the circumstances and company discretion
- There will be a USD2 / per person for the gratuity of the driver. Please pay the driver directly in cash

Le bus de l'aéroport est très visible, vous pouvez monter dans le bus en scannant le code QR, c'est très pratique, vous n'avez pas besoin de transporter de gros et petits bagages, vous pouvez facilement monter et descendre du bus et vous pouvez aller directement à l'hôtel à un point fixe, vous n'avez pas besoin de trouver votre chemin par vous-même.
Je ne connais pas l'endroit, mais la voiture de prise en charge et de dépose à l'aéroport est très pratique. Il suffit de scanner le code QR pour monter dans la voiture, ce qui élimine le besoin d'appeler une voiture ou de trouver le chemin en conduisant soi-même C'est vraiment pratique et ça accélère les déplacements.
Service de navette efficace et ponctuel. le chauffeur est tellement gentil et il recommande de nombreux endroits sur le chemin. Recommande fortement!

Le personnel d'accueil est très poli et ponctuel, mais le temps de conduite est retardé car il y a d'autres passagers du covoiturage qui attendent leurs bagages ! Le chauffeur nous a également expliqué et guidé vers le lieu d'enregistrement après notre arrivée à l'hôtel.
Mon chauffeur était vraiment gentil, m'a rencontré à l'aéroport et m'a même préparé de l'eau et des brochures sur Big Island. Je recommande vraiment!
