Après avoir réservé, j'ai reçu un avis d'annulation. J'ai pu réserver le même jour et à la même heure sur le site Web sans me connecter, il s'agissait donc d'une annulation unilatérale. Je n'ai pas eu de remboursement alors que j'avais annulé il y a un mois et demi. Quelle horreur !
