Activation procedure
- The validity period starts when the eSIM connects to any supported network/s
- Most eSIMs can only be installed once, so please do not deactivate and try to reactivate. In case of any issues or questions, contact customer service at partner.support@airalo.com
- Redemption Instructions
- Once you place your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with an eSIM voucher code.
- Create an account on the Airalo website or app.
- Click ‘Airmoney and Membership’ in the top right hand corner.
- Enter your voucher code in the Redeem Voucher field.
- The eSIM purchased will be added to your account.
- You will be able to find the eSIM by clicking ‘View My eSIMs’
- Follow the set up instructions in the Airalo app and stay connected with your loved ones!
- For iOS devices, the installation could be done based on the instructions.
- For Android devices, the installation could be done based on the instructions

Très pratique à utiliser. Il vous suffit d'installer l'eSIM et de suivre les instructions. Une fois sur place, allumez votre eSIM. Je recommande fortement.
facile à installer. je l'ai fait avant de quitter la maison. cependant, il a fallu un certain temps pour s'activer. peut-être quelques heures après avoir atterri et activé l'itinérance des données. mais après ça, ça marche bien.
La connexion s'est terminée beaucoup plus rapidement que prévu. Je pensais que c'était censé être 1 Go/jour et pas pour toute la semaine.
Utilisation de base pendant 5 jours. Le 4ème jour, je me suis déjà connecté à un autre wifi.
