Delivery information
- The mailing details card will be mailed to the delivery address filled in on the booking page within approximately 3-5 days after booking.
- Please fill in the correct delivery information and ensure that someone can receive the parcel. If the parcel is returned by the home delivery staff, you will need to bear the freight and re-send it.
Activation procedure
- The SIM card will be activated automatically. No registration is required
- Dual-SIM mobile phones: Please be sure to place the card in "Card Slot 1" and clear "Card Slot 2" to avoid being unable to open the card smoothly.
- Unapplicable devices include: translators, network sharers, mobile phone devices manufactured before 2017, 3G mobile phones, copycat phones, Asia-Pacific phones, customized phones, card lock machines, counterfeit phones (contract phones), and those purchased in the United States/Japan Mobile phones, mobile phones of telecom operators’ own brands, ASUS mobile phones, SHARP mobile phones, Nut mobile phones, Sugar mobile phones, LG mobile phones, Samsung Galaxy J7 series, HTC u11 series
- The actual signal and connection speed of this card will vary due to factors such as region, terrain, climate, building shelter, number of users, network system or terminal equipment. If the local area or mobile phone cannot support 4G network, it will automatically switch to For 3G signal. In addition, the frequency bands supported by the equipment will be different, and the network speed will be different. Refunds cannot be requested due to signal conditions in a few areas. Due to force majeure events such as earthquakes and typhoons, the network is unstable, disconnected or unusable, and no refund or exchange is allowed.
- Go to the "destination locality" and then insert the SIM card for use. Do not insert the SIM card into the mobile phone and turn it on in "Taiwan" to avoid causing the SIM card to be opened in advance and cannot be used.
- The card must be activated within 365 days after picking up the card. Insert the card and activate automatically

- Before booking, please ensure your mobile device is compatible with the local network service provider. No refunds or cancellations can be made due to SIM compatibility issues
- If you encounter any service disruption such as unable to connect to internet, slow speed, APN settings or any other service disruption after inserting the card, please contact the operator's customer service at: @aircoolsim
- The SIM card is valid for your selected duration on a daily basis. If you activate your SIM at 23:59, it will count as one day
- The connection speed depends on your reception coverage and the local tele company. No refund will be issued for any speed drop
- This is a Data-only SIM card. Calls, texts, or topping up additional credits will not be possible
Usage reminder
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time

Il est très pratique de changer sans utiliser le système de nom réel. Internet était très stable sur l'île pendant 5 jours. J'étais inquiet du manque d'Internet lorsque je me suis connecté au complexe à la Station 0, mais il était toujours stable. Je suis très satisfait.
