JR-EAST HOTEL METS OMORI

The room was a bit small as you'd expect from Tokyo. So you need to get a bit creative with how you open your bags. But the location is great since it's easy access to JR Rail. Lots of free amenity items if you've forgotten something. Check-in process was easy and much of the staff speak good English and were helpful the one time we needed to call for assistance. There are only 4 laundry machines but you can check their status from the TV. The 5th floor of the building is mostly restaurants including a Kura sushi belt restaurant which was a bonus. Lots of little shops in the area and fairly lite on tourists. The only downsides were really that I thought the price was a bit high for the size of the room and that I don't think the breakfast option is worth the cost. You basically just get ¥1000 coupons that are usable at three Cafes in the building. The Grandir Patisserie is worth trying but you probably won't want to eat there every morning and your basically paying what the coupon discounts.

Excellent location. Nice area. Loved being above Omori station. It has a lovely shopping centre with everything you can want. You can come as you are, you will have PJ's waiting on your bed and more or less any toiletry you need from tooth brush to makeup cleanser.

Awesome staff, clean rooms, very convenient

The room is modern and everything is well designed. Careful to small details and make the stay cozy. The location is good which the hotel is above JR station although it needs around half an hour to centre of Tokyo. However, the sound insulation would be better improved which I heard the snore of the room next door.

0 minute walk to JR Omori station! You can get everything downstairs without going outside. Surprisingly quiet and bathroom is clean and good size for the room size. Definitely recommended!!

Very convenient location as it is in the same building as Omori Station. Rooms are comfortable and clean.
