Loved the place and would come again. Was surprised by the parking charge though. Never seen that before. Only $5 per vehicle per day however.

Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton - Henderson location Likes: Staff were kind, helpful, and courteous to us. Buffet breakfast was very good and convenient. Hotel was near city shopping and restaurants. Dislikes: Poor maintenance of the elevator, which was shaking/jerking with every ride and it was reported to Hotel staff to consider it for repair. The swimming pool was very hot in 109°F to 111°F summer weather, and my children could not swim. Other guests complained about the swimming pool as well. The Hotel should reconsider having a shaded pool site covering like other indoor swimming pools to prevent hot pool or guest skin burn from hot swimming pool water. Also, room 221 air conditioning system was working, but it made loud noise like a loud old generator that needs a repair and it was difficult to fall asleep (sleep interruption). This air conditioning system issue was reported to Hotel staff for review and repair. Also, the Television "channels and program title is unavailable" in room 221 which staff could not fix after we reported the issue to them. As a guest in this Hampton Inn and Suites location, my family and I felt that the hotel management are not serious about maintaining the Hotel and its equipment or don't care/prioritize hotel guest safety, comfort, and Hotel stay satisfaction of their guests. This Hotel location needs to revisit their Hotel maintenance practices to promote hotel guest safety, comfort, and satisfaction for money worth hotel reservation.

It was a hot day in Henderson, once walk in this hotel they have free ice water waiting.

It was ok

Upon check -in, super easy and efficient but what made it above and beyond was that the hotel staff fulfilled my request for a conjoined room. I have a family of 6 so having the peace of mind that my children was just a conjoined door away eased my anxiety. The breakfast in the morning was amazing. My kids loved making their own waffles and then to add the whip cream and sprinkles, they were in sugar heaven.

Staying at this Hampton Inn was the best experience I’ve had staying in a hotel. All around everything was great about this place especially the staff! The front desk, ladies were all amazing and so helpful during our stay.
