Hienoa Very large room, but very hot, no air cooling. Staff were brilliant, really helpful and friendly. Lovely grounds and amenities and good location

Hienoa The hotel is a lovely old Victorian building, the gardens could do with a tidy up especially round the back of the property where there are tables and chairs, the chairs are very old and need replacing
Inside the room there is a soap dispenser in the bath but it’s positioned where it’s in the way when your having a shower, I cut my arm and drew blood on the very sharp edges
The Bed sheets smelt musty
Apart from that we had a nice one night stay, with ample car parking which is often a problem in some hotels
Nice restaurant with a good buffet breakfast

The room was a good size and everything was clean and cleaned every day.
We found all the staff including the night porter very helpful.
The hotel is in a good location for the beach and bus stops around the island.

Was not cleaned or tided during 2 night stay .
Coffee and milk not replaced .
Got woken early in morning 2am with the sound of cleaning down stairs .
Slightly noisy as my room was by the stairs .
Saying that it was cheap so good value for money and it served its purpose for me .
Staff were friendly and helpful .
