The good- close to grocery stores, food areas, clean, basic, most of the staff were nice The bad- no pool (indoor or out), room stayed freezing cold even with 2 paper thin blankets, twin beds extremely slim, tv did not get English Channel even when setting was changed, had to ask repeatedly for toilet paper (only one roll was provided), cafeteria is basically a room to sit and the staff will order Uber Eats from a local menu- food is not made onsite, minibar in room is not complementary

I was extremely impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the room. The bathroom was also very neat and clean. Although access to the hotel can be a bit chaotic and the street noice can be a bit disturbing at night but overall the hotel was nicely kept clean

Breakfast was a nice continental type breakfast Turkish style served with coffee or tea. The desk will ask what time you want breakfast so that it will be ready at the time requested. Room was clean and functional with a small minibar fridge. My room was overlooking the main street which was very busy in the morning. There are other rooms across the hall overlooking a quieter side street but they tend to have two or more beds as opposed to my queen. Fairly near the center of town and a bus stop or was fairly easy to get to buy public transport from the airport even at midnight

My wife and I stayed here while travelling in Turkey recently. We had to use Istanbul as our HUB while going to each area by plane. It is conveniently about 15 mins from the IST airport. It is clean. The staff are very nice. Comes with a bit of a breakfast each morning which is ok but fresh. There really is not much around this area though. Yes there is a bit of shopping in the area but nothing much that is very good. It is a safe area though. TV's suck because there is really no English channels nor a way to watch your Netflix on it like many hotels these days have. That would be a great improvement. We stayed here two or three times while going back and forth to the airport. Pretty hard to beat for the price. One thing that I have never experience din all my travel before was when we asked if we could check in an hour early and the front desk person said yes but they were going to charge us a fee to do so. That felt a bit off, not going to lie. Really can't go too far wrong though. Well priced and clean. ****IF YOU FOUND THIS REVIEW HELPFUL PLEASE TAKE AMOMENT AND INDICATE SO***

Only one employee working the cafe and the front desk. I understood him working alone but he provided service to others while leaving me unattended after informing of the menu, I came down told him what I wanted and he still acknowledged other guests.

Amazing, the staff is very helpful and always there to serve highly recommended. A++++++++++++
