I like everything is really nice service

The hotel and grounds itself are absolutely beautiful! right on the beach! We stayed in the little villas rather than the hotel itself best option! The staff at reception where very unhappy looking but the waiters, cleaners and animation team were good! This hotel more like 3 star! Food is nothing special, repetitive no fruit , no fresh juices, everything was the cheapest and very basic! hotel full Russians so catered for them on all occasions even music etc! Entertainment was little, pure and short like an hour every night then they try get you to go to disco tour! The market, hairdressers and spa just try to rip you off! Prices are ridiculous! Be aware! They even only have 1 taxi same taxi outside hotel that doesn’t want to put metre on only wants Euro and charge much more! Attitude of him and reception staff was appalling! Lucky we are Turkish and know rules so didn’t get ripped off but be careful. The pool was freezing cold and found bit glass in at step area! Young boys driving around on quadbike at speed on the grounds of hotel very noisy and no respect! Seemingly they were the hotel owners kids! I wouldn’t go back here.

Çok güzeldi çok eğlendik

Her türlü imkana sahip güzel bir tatildi 24 saat yiyecek içecek imkanı çok güzeldi. Özellikle fırın bölümünün pizza ve etli pideleri kahvaltı için simit poğaçaları mükemmeldi fırın ekibini tebrik ediyorum. Personel de gayet ilgili, oda temizliği her gün yapılıyor emeklerine sağlık bir daha görüşmek üzere.

Otele ulaşım kolaydı, otelin konumu, tesis özellikleri, havuzu, denize yakınlığı, yemekleri havuz bari ve deniz barı güzeldi memnun kaldık, çalışanlarınin hepsi Güleryüzlu ve çok ilgilileri " yeri gelmişken hepsine ayrı ayrı teşekkür ederim" ( gözlemeci abla, makarnacı Halil şef, garson ve komi arkadaşlar hepsi çok iyijerdi) çocuklu aileler için gayet uygun, çift konaklamalarina fazla gürültülü gelebilir, Olumsuz elestirilerim ise; damsız grup erkek misafir almaları ki ben ve eşim ve bir çok misafir bundan çok rahatsızdı(!!!) Alacarte restoran ucretliydi buna çok şaşırdık yıllardır tatil konaklamalarinda abartısız 100 den fazla farklı otelde konaklamişimdir Alacarte ücreti hiç ödemedim buradada kullanmadik zaten (!) odadaki kasada ucretliydi herşey dahil gittiğimiz bir otelde bu konalarin ücretli oluşu hoşumuza gitmedi, bir kez daha tercih eder miyim? Ederim

It was a good stay and as experienced all inclusive holiday travelers i can say the food was better with more choices. The entertainment was very very good but the animation was awful. Rooms ok but air conditioning was unreliable especially through the night. Excellent Spa amazing pool and the private beach v. Good. The sea was warmer than a bath! Beware humidity in August. It can drain the life out of you!

It was terrible, they changed our sheets one time and there was urine on those sheets. They never clean the floors in the rooms the rooms were not what they were advertised to be. The food was horrible and they accidentally threw away a $300 pair of glasses. I am going to be disputing some of the charger

We loved our stay at the Sultan of Dreams. There was a variety of foods that we enjoyed, the pools were great and it wasn't crowded at all. The proximity to the beach was nice as well.
