Novotel has a bright atmosphere that positively welcomes tired travellers in transit . The shuttle bus is a plus which drops the passengers 10 min to the hotel. All in , Novotel is a good deal.

Airport shuttle is clean, new and on time. However, finding the location to catch it in the airport is a bit tricky. It is located on the third floor at the departure set down at Stop 46, not the ground level where there are a fleet of commercial buses with very impatient drivers. It takes a 10- minute bus drive to Novotel. I stayed for about 10 hours overnight to catch the next flight at 6:40am.

I arrived in Guangzhou at midnight and the airport shuttle was very convenient and only took approx 10mins to get to the hotel from the airport. When I arrived at the hotel, the reception was great and clear instructions on timing of the airport shuttle was provided. The rooms was extremely clean and very comfortable. I definitely will stay here again.
