隔音比較差。雖然很熱心的簡訊詢問早餐要幾點用餐，但真的約定用餐時間，第一天飲料已經放到溫涼了，第二天比約定時間等了15分鐘才拿到早餐。旺季價格漲幅太大，但服務品質沒有跟上，覺得蠻失望的，照片拍的比實際房間好太多了…….。

1. 四人房的窗戶全部面對隔壁住戶的牆面與窗戶,房間因此顯得較為陰暗並有壓迫感. 2.房間內整潔度不錯,但一樓接待處顯得雜亂.提供小孩玩的小車隨意堆放在接待處角落,廚房門也未關,許多小細節都沒注意,讓我覺得網路上的照片和實景落差頗大.

The manager of TiinTinn contacted us a few days before our trip to make sure we receive all the information about their hotel and provided help with taxi booking in advance since we were coming to Taitung for a triathlon weekend. The hotel looks exactly as the photos provided and we had a great time there from the moment we checked-in. The hotel staff is very polite and helpful and the rooms are all very neat and comfortable. We were a group of 4 guests in one room and the space of the room was big enough to accommodate all of us. The manager also let us use the showers after check-out time which was very thoughtful since we really needed a shower after our triathlon race. The hotel also provides free bicycles for those who are willing to explore the city on two wheels. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Taitung!
